She is a Digital & IT Professional, entrepreneur in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and education.

As an IT professional she’s had more than 7 years of experience working to develop the Tech ecosystem in Cameroon and Central Africa.

She’s a digital inclusion and gender program consultant, she works with governments and organizations to build innovation and sustainable programs to foster the development of technology education, bridge the digital gender gap, and create access to technology among communities in Africa.

Horore Bell is the Pan-African award winner in the ICT Sector and Founder of LIKALO GROUP company working in Technologies, Telecommunications, and Education.
